Dose Hermanos is made up of Grateful Dead bookends: Tom Constanten
played keyboards with The Grateful Dead during the late 60's and
was with them during their most exploratory period, and Bob Bralove
was sound sculptor with The Dead from 1987 until 1995 (Bob's keyboards
were what you heard during the "Space" segment each
night).
Together Tom and Bob make up Dose Hermanos - a multi-media improvisational
keyboard duo. Their musical influences range from the classic
to the contemporary, with traces of Bartok, Ives, Debussy, Coltrane,
Beatles, ragtime, and The Dead scattered throughout their songs.
